The image of a young boy that washed up on a Turkish beach shocked the world, and gave Europe's refugee crisis a face.
Unfortunately, his story is not unique. Every day, thousands of refugees attempt to enter Europe by crossing the Aegean Sea, and legions of them drown doing this, their flimsy boats capsizing.
Constantinos Pinteris, an everyday fisherman who lives on Lesbos off the coast of Greece, has prevented countless refugees from suffering that fate by using his fishing boat to bring them to shore.
